-Registrar is responsible for verifying the transfer record of QSD domain name and notifies the result to the parties involved in the transfer in writing (according to the form) via email/phone within no more than 02 working days since receive full original documents.
- The parties participating in the transfer after receiving the notification of document appraisal results from the investor will perform the next step.

- For domestic individual entities (with an address in Vietnam):
++ Individuals transferring domain names shall declare tax according to form No. 01 / Tenten issued following Circular No. 92/2015 / TT-BTC dated June 15, 2015, of the Ministry of Finance (with specific instructions at the place of tax payment), enclosed with a copy of the transfer contract, a copy of documents proving that the Internet domain name is eligible for transfer of the use right (issued by TenTen for Processing level).
+ Individuals file a tax return at the tax office where the individual resides (permanent or temporary residence). The deadline for submitting tax declaration and payment dossiers is the 30th (thirty) day of the quarter succeeding the quarter in which the transfer is made.
+Bases for proving that the individual who has fulfilled the tax payment obligation is a tax payment receipt or a commitment of not paying tax (Form 5).

- For entities being domestic organizations and enterprises (with their addresses in Vietnam) transferring domain name QSD:

+ Enterprises that transfer domain name QSD must make VAT invoices, declare and pay VAT at the rate of 10% as prescribed.
+ The amount of money the enterprise is entitled to from this activity is included in the revenue to calculate the taxable income as prescribed.
+Bases for proving that tax payment has been completed: VAT invoice of the enterprise upon transfer of domain name QSD.

- For entities that are foreign individuals and organizations (with foreign addresses) transfer the domain name QSD: Basis for tax proof: A written commitment to fulfill the relevant tax obligations(Form 6).

+ Information about the transferee (Form 2).
+ Declaration of domain name registration of the transferee for Individual (Form), đối với Organization (Form) + Identification card of the assignee (if an individual) or ID card of the assignee the person on behalf of the organization registers the transfer domain name (if it is an organization).
+ Documents proving that the transferor (domain name owner) fulfills the obligation to pay the QSD transfer tax of the Internet domain name.

- The transferee pays the registration fee of domain name re-registration according to regulations (The domain name registration fee is equal to the new domain name registration fee)..

- TENTEN checks the completeness and accuracy of the domain name registration file.
- TENTEN cooperates with VNNIC to request document review and re-registration of the transfer domain name.
- TENTEN checks and informs the parties to the transfer.
