| 2. Provide for TENTEN Auth-info code of domain name (taken from old registrar) and report old registrar to unlock domain. | 2. Transfer with TENTEN (send request from the domain administrator's email and pay the domain transfer fee as prescribed) |
3. Send the transfer record to TENTEN to complete the procedure. Send scanned copy to mail nghiepvu@tenten.vn, Send hard copy to TENTEN’s office to keep records as prescribed. After transfering successfully, TENTEN will send notification email, provide account for you to login Navia page and set up your domain name. |
3. Check administrative email (in admin category when whois domain name), You will receive 1 email to confirm. After you click on ‘Yes’ and system notice success, your domain will transfer in TENTEN from 2 days to 2 weeks. |
