1. Required Transfer Documents:

• A completed Registrar Transfer Declaration Form, verified by the domain holder. Download Form
• Valid ID of the domain holder (individuals) or authorized representative (organizations)."

• The domain name must be unlocked.
• You must have the Auth-info code.
• The domain must have a remaining validity period of at least 14 days.

3. Submit transfer documents to TENTEN to begin the process. Send scanned copies to nghiepvu@tenten.vn, mail physical documents to our office for record keeping.

After successful completion, TENTEN will send you a notification email with your customer account details. You can then log in to the Navi page to configure your domain settings.

3. Check your administrative email (listed in the domain's WHOIS admin section). You will receive a confirmation email for the transfer.

After clicking 'Agree' and receiving system confirmation, your domain will be transferred to TENTEN within 2 days to 2 weeks.

Transferring a domain to TENTEN is completely free of charge.

• Incorrect Auth-code.
• Domain is locked during transfer.
• Confirmation email not received, or 'Agree' button not clicked.
• Accidentally canceling the transfer.
