Required Documents and Registration Process

I. Standard SSL Packages

WHOIS information of the domain owner using the certificate.

II. SSL OV

1. Prepare a scanned copy of the business registration license.
2. Provide a valid phone number for the organization registering the certificate (the verification phone number) from trusted sources such as www.thongtincongty.com or masothue.com.
3. Provide the information of the person receiving the verification call, including full name, department, and position. If there is no verification phone number on trusted sites, register it on the Vietnam Yellow Pages.
4. Schedule the verification call: Customers can book a time with the provider.
5. For SSL OV certificates: Domain validation and receiving the verification call.
6. SSL OV certificate issuance time: Within 12 hours after all verification steps are completed.

III. SSL EV

1. Prepare a scanned copy of the business registration license.
2. Provide a valid phone number for the organization registering the certificate (the verification phone number) from trusted sources such as www.thongtincongty.com or masothue.com.
3. Provide the information of the person receiving the verification call, including full name, department, and position. If there is no verification phone number on trusted sites, register it on the Vietnam Yellow Pages.
4. Schedule the verification call: Customers can book a time with the provider.
5. For SSL EV certificates: Domain validation, receiving the verification call, and filling in necessary details in the "Form Agreement" via a click-through step.
6. SSL EV certificate issuance time: As fast as 48 hours or immediately upon completion of the provider’s evaluation (usually 2–5 business days).
