When registering the service at TENTEN, you should choose the online payment method for the fastest automatic activation service, even outside office hours, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays.

Online payment via VNPay payment gateway (Activate service automatically and quickly):
Step 1: - Choose "Payment via QR code VNPAY", click "Next".
Step 2: - Choose
"QR-Pay"
, the QR code screen will be displayedStep 3: - Open Mobile Banking app on your phone & scan QR Code on tenten.vn website screen.
Step 4: - Check order information and complete the transaction.

Online payment via Momo payment gateway (Activate service automatically and quickly):
Step 1: - Choose "Payment via Momo".
Step 2: - Click "Next". the QR Code screen will be displayed.
Step 3: - Open Momo App on your phone & scan QR Code on tenten.vn website screen.
Step 4: - Confirm order information and complete the transaction

Paypal & Credit Card Payment (Activate service automatically and quickly):
You choose “Paypal & Credit Card”, at payment method, and complete the final confirmation, it will automatically switch to the link: https://www.paypal.com/vn/cgi-bin/webscr?.
+ If you already have a Paypal account: please enter your email and password registered on Paypal, select “Login”. Then click the “Pay now”.
+ If you do not have a Paypal account: You can pay by Debit Card (debit card) or Credit Card (credit card).
+ If you do not pay online via Paypal, you can transfer money to our bellowing Paypal account:

If you pay by wire-transfer, please send an email to billing@tenten.vn or call (024) 71 089 999 (working hours) and give us the information of the sender, banking name, transfer amount, registration service. We will check and activate services for you as soon as possible.
If you pay by ATM machine, please scan the ATM bill and send it to billing@tenten.vn for us to check and activate services for you.
