Tenten.vn considers information security, compliance responsibility, and the protection of shared interests for users and organizations on the Internet as top priorities. Therefore, all abuse reports submitted to Tenten.vn are carefully reviewed and handled. However, due to the large number of complaints we receive daily, we can only respond if we need additional information or clarification.

Required information includes:
- Type of abuse.
- Details of the abuse (Please provide detailed information and attach supporting documents or evidence, if any).
- Related URL(s) (if applicable).
For abuse reports involving intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, or content infringement, in addition to the above, the complainant must also provide:
- A power of attorney if filing on behalf of another party.
- Evidence of intellectual property infringement, including but not limited to screenshots of the infringing website or domain at the time of complaint.
- Documents or certificates proving the complainant's legal rights regarding the copyrighted material, trademark, or content in question.
- Phishing: A fraudulent website impersonating another to steal login credentials or personal identification. Attackers trick victims into disclosing sensitive personal, corporate, or financial information (e.g., account numbers, login IDs, passwords) through phishing emails, deceptive links, or cloned web pages. Some phishing campaigns also persuade users to install malware. This typically occurs on online login pages or e-commerce websites.
- Malware/Virus: Malicious software installed and executed on a device withouomplainant's consent, disrupting device operations, collecting sensitive data, and/or gaining unauthorized access to personal systems. Malware includes viruses, spyware, ransomware, and other unwanted software. A website involved in distributing malware, viruses, or download links can be reported. You may also report websites that promote or participate in computer or network attacks.
- Botnet Abuse: A network of Internet-connected computers infected with malware and remotely controlled by an attacker to perform coordinated malicious activities.
- Spam: Unsolicited or unauthorized emails, messages, or communications sent to recipients who did not request or are not legally obligated to receive them.
- Copyright Complaints: Reports filed when a user unlawfully uses copyrighted material owned by another party on their website.
- Trademark Complaints: Reports filed when a user unlawfully uses another party's trademark on their website.
- Content Complaints: Reports filed when a user unlawfully copies and publishes content owned by another party on their website.
- Domain Name Disputes: Disputes occur when a domain name is identical or confusingly similar to the complainant's name, trademark, or service mark, for which the complainant has legal rights or legitimate interests.
Step 1: Upon receiving an abuse report via info@tenten.vn, we will reply within 24 hours to confirm receipt.
Step 2: We review the abuse report and examine the evidence provided to verify its accuracy. If any information is unclear, we will contact the reporter for clarification.
Step 3: After verification, if the report is valid, we will contact the domain or hosting owner to request removal or resolution of the violation. If the owner disputes the report, we will mediate between both parties and make an appropriate decision depending on the case.
Step 4: Once the issue is resolved, we will inform the complainant of the outcome.
Step 5: All case records are stored for future reference.
